Welcome to B Stress Free - Stress
Management Options
Chronic stress is becoming
increasingly problematic in the United States as workers work longer and harder hours. Approximately one-third of all workers
report that they are in high-stress jobs, and that not only is stress implicated in 15 percent of all disability claims, the
number of stress-related absences is increasing. The American Medical Association stated that 80% of all human illnesses are
the result of stress. Such prolonged exposure to stress can also result in consequences in the form of physical
illness. Common signs of stress include but are not limited to: anxiety attacks
and disorders, insomnia, depression, skin problems, fatigue and weakness, and burnout.

At B Stress Free we explore alternative means of stress management
both old and new. Our focus is on therapies that create highly adaptive stress relief and response pathways, allowing a
person to manage his or her resources in order to navigate a crisis.
